Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your CozyRoom for any reason, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Condition: Item must be returned in its original packaging, with all included accessories. Light use is fine — you don't need to keep it in the box.

How to start a return: Email support@verliyx.com with your order number. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions.

Return shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund timing: Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll ship a replacement at no cost.

This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable provincial consumer protection legislation.
