Shipping Policy

Where we ship: Canada-wide, to all provinces and territories.

Shipping cost: Free standard shipping on every order.

Dispatch time: Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery window: 3–7 business days for most Canadian addresses. Remote areas (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut) may take longer.

Tracking: A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships. You can track your parcel with Canada Post or the assigned carrier.

Failed delivery: If a parcel is returned to us because nobody was available at the address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery (redelivery charges may apply).
