All prices are in Canadian dollars (CA$) and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing or availability errors.

2. Orders & payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed by our payment provider. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock issues); in that case any charge is refunded in full.

5. Warranty

Use the heater according to the included instruction manual. Do not cover the unit, and unplug it when not in use for extended periods.
